This was a perfect place to stay for my family of 5 (2kids and 3 adults). The place was very clean and set up nicely ready for our stay. The only thing we wish we had in the rooms, was a TV but there is a nice big TV in the living room for entertainment. The first night we were there the heat was not working but Luis immediately had it fixed the next day and even dropped off heaters for us until the heat came back on. We really appreciated the quick response with fixing the heat because it was a little chilly. There are lots of stores and restaurants near by to walk to. We found a convenient cafe called unica we strongly recommend. It was about a 15min walk from the house. Overall it was a great experience thank you so much !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le logement était conforme aux photos et à nos attentes. Pour se rendre à Manhattan, le Path est facilement accessible en 10 à 15 min en Uber.
Luis était très réactif à nos demandes et nous le remercions vivement pour son accueil.

The home is located in a Peaceful area, nearby you can find grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The washer dryer was also very useful and Luis provided us detergent and softener too, which were much needed for our 9 day trip. The apartment was clean and had a nice smell and clean white towels too. It takes about 45-60 minutes to get to NY, but the bus and PATH stations are nearby (max 15 minutes walking). Luis was a great host. It was easy to find the flat and the keyless doors made our trip more convenient. It would have been useful if we had some dishwasher tablets.

The place was very good and clean. Plenty of towels and clear instructions were provided for everything.

Plan kitchen with dining and living area. There is nothing I could fault. The host provided parking too.
The only thing I would suggest is to request the flat upstairs to sort out the insulation for noise. The last day of our checkout we felt as if someone is literally inside our house due to the noise coming from upstairs flat. This is nothing to do with Luis or his cozy house
