Many of our guests come from Europe or across the U.S. to attend Yankees or Knicks games, and enjoy easy access to Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn by car or public transit. After a full day of sightseeing or sports, relax with Netflix on the Smart TV. Everything is designed for a comfortable, practical, and memorable stay.
Other Details to Note
Parking can only be confirmed a few days prior to check-in, as it depends on the availability of the shared space on the property. That said, I’ll always do my best to help guests find a spot if they’re arriving by car. Please note the apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. While it has been fully renovated, occasional sounds from other units may be heard as this is a multifamily home. All units in the property are listed on platforms like Airbnb. Guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, so that everyone—including guests in the first and second floors—can rest peacefully. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and we appreciate your cooperation in following the house rules.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment located on the third floor, which includes the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. No internal areas are shared with other guests.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for getting around both Jersey City and New York. In front of the property, there are two parking spaces usually assigned to the first and second-floor units. However, if available, I can assign a space to this third-floor unit at no cost. Guests are kindly asked to leave enough room so other vehicles can move in and out without issues. Public transportation is easily accessible—several bus routes are just a few minutes' walk away and take you straight to Port Authority in Manhattan in about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. We’re also close to the Journal Square PATH train station, which can be reached quickly by Uber or even on foot for those looking to save on transportation. It's a great location for exploring NYC with ease.
